Leaders College

Leaders College – School of Business Studies runs many professional clubs.

These clubs give students the chance to apply classroom learning to the outside world and help them to gain invaluable leadership as well as life skills. In addition to connecting them with other students who have similar interests, professional clubs are a platform for students to interact with alumni and professionals in their fields of interest. This helps them to build formal and informal networks while exploring career opportunities.

The elected representatives of the Leaders Student Body will coordinate and manage the activities of the clubs. We organize conferences, talks by eminent guest speakers, and many other events, which enrich the learning experience at Leaders College โ€“ School of Business Studies.

Business Technology Club (BTC)

The key objectives of BTC is to groom future leaders of the technology industry, to provide a platform for knowledge sharing and to facilitate the development of skill sets that will enable members from all industries to make a seamless transition into a wide array of roles in technology.

The last 30 years have seen technology completely transform every facet of business in the global economy. Here at the BTC, we live and breathe technology. We are interested in learning how technology can be applied to solve everyday business problems. BTC focuses on grooming the leaders of tomorrow by providing a platform for its members to interact with industry experts, thought leaders and technology visionaries.


Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Incubation Centre

EDC&IC is where ideas are transformed to reality. We train our students to generate ideas, build teams, raise funds and much more. Our vision is to make Leaders College- School of Business Studies the hub for the best Entrepreneurial and Start-up Talent.

Value Proposition

Finance Club

The club focuses on driving initiatives in the finance domain and intends to further the cause of finance at Leaders College – School of Business Studies. The club not only educates the students but also reaches out to industry veterans and has periodic speaker sessions to expose students to the various practical aspects of finance. The Finance Club tries to create a connect between the students and the outside world thereby providing students with a holistic experience in finance and ensuring that they are better prepared to handle the finance department and industry in practical life.


Marketing Club

As a club, we bring together some of the brightest minds, interested in exploring the ever changing dynamics of marketing. The club aims at keeping members alongside with the latest on marketing while integrating the vast experience of its members across  functions and industries such as  advertising, research, sales, branding communication and  digital marketing to name a few.

We firmly believe that a sound business education is an ideal mix of a world class curriculum and practical learning opportunities. As such, the club strives to create opportunities for members to learn by doing.


HR Club

The purpose of HR club is to bring together students interested in the field of Human Resources Management, to help them develop interpersonal skills needed in the corporate and to encourage them to meet professionals who work in the field of Human Resources Management. This club is designed to help students learn more about Human Resource and what Human Resource Professionals do.

The HR Club also gives members the opportunity to suggest and organize events and display their genius in handling difficult scenarios through various initiatives.


Net Impact Club

The club envisions fostering a sense of lasting social responsibility among students and aims to inspire them in applying business skills towards positive social impact. CSR policy would function as a built-in, self-regulating mechanism whereby business would monitor and ensure its support to law, ethical standards and international norms. Consequently, business would embrace responsibility for the impact of its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere. The industrial demands are changing day by day and itโ€™s an emergence to keep ourselves updated so that we deliver our best. Thereโ€™s an urgent need of a corporate being innovative, disciplined and sincere towards his work. We do provide our students a stage through which they can deliver to this society. Itโ€™s a necessity, what you gain from society, return back a part of it.


Toastmasters Club

The Toastmasters Club at the Leaders College – School of Business Studies helps members to develop, practice and enhance their communication and leadership skills. The club is affiliated to Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization, which is a world leader in communication and leadership development. The 270,000 member international organization, spread across the world in the form of more than 13,000 clubs, embraces the motto “Where Leaders Are Made”. 


Women in Business Club

The Women in Business Club (WiB) aims to promote, empower and enable the women at Leaders College – School of Business Studies to become stronger leaders and foster a more gender equal corporate culture. Our goal is to build an aspirational, relevant and engaging community to:

  • Ensure the overall development of women at Leaders College- School of Business Studies through open forums, networking events and mentorship initiatives.
  • Promote gender sensitization in the workplace to help cultivate a more gender equal corporate culture across industries.
  • Initiate conversations with women leaders across the globe and translate these experiences into opportunities for students at large at Leaders College- School of Business Studies.

Photography Club

Are you interested in photography or learning the art of capturing emotions and making memories? Join the photography club to be a part of the league. As much as this club is for people who are ardent photography enthusiasts, it is also for people who merely desire to explore the horizons of photography. As we plan to facilitate collective learning sessions, we strive to create vivid frames.
With various photo-walks, field trips and live workshops we devise to promote creative opportunities, in turn leading to the shared joy of discovering the ‘infinite-canvas’ that photography truly is!
The club is not just confined to the use of advanced equipment; rather we encourage bringing about the best out of your smartphones and compact cameras. After all itโ€™s about the creative eye-for-detail and not the equipment.


Movie Club

Why should you join a movie club as opposed to simply making or watching your own movies? Students have access to all sorts of campus resources, including LCD projectors, state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Plus, it’s a fun way to learn new and useful skills for management students in a team.  It is more of an entertainment enriched class followed by movie analysis and criticism. The learning is management oriented.  The Movie Club will encourage students to develop a different perception regarding the movies.

        The club has three major objectives:

  • Cultural – Bringing interesting and unique movies to the college
  • Educational – Each movie event summarizes with a brief presentation of what is notable about the movie.
  • Social – Bringing people together to share their experience

Readerโ€™s Club

The vision is to creating love for books, inculcating reading habits, getting acquainted with thoughts of scholars and feeling of belongingness with the world of scholastics. It is a wonderful way to engage students and contribute to the reading culture. The key objective of this to:

  • Encourage students to read more and to explore titles they may not find otherwise
  • Connect passionate readers from different classes and year levels
  • Give students the opportunity to practice public speaking and respectful discussion
  • Give book lovers a place to feel safe, valued and knowledgeable.

Sports Club

We make the real leaders of the future. A key priority is given to extracurricular activities. Sports Club assists students in developing high fitness levels, relieving stress, boosting time management skills, improving leadership skills, and learning how to work in a team effectively. Providing healthy sports habits among students is the goal of the Sports Club. As a result, one learns teamwork at work, coordination between diverse cultural and ethnic groups, and most importantly, develops discipline and instills a sense of value system. Value of time, precision & competitiveness are the major learning points apart from communication, coordination & teamwork.

Social Science Club

Provide students with a greater understanding of the social work profession and social services. In an effort to enhance visibility and appreciation of social services, Leaders College, School of Business Studies established the LEADERS SOCIAL SERVICE CLUB. To foster student involvement in mutually supportive communities for social work.
